A National Shutdown Date on Many African Countries. Is it a Coincidence or Planned?

Several leaders have announced a national shutdown on 20th March 2023. Odinga said they will march their way to State House of Kenya to smoke out the President. Raila Odinga in his claims, says President William Ruto is in StateHouse illegally as he was not validly elected. He alleges that President Ruto rigged elections and he has not been able to bring down the cost of living. Raila Odinga had initially gave President Ruto an ultimatum which lapsed after 14 days.

Now he is back with the new demand and they will march to StateHouse on 20th.

In South Africa, Julius Malema has also announced a national shutdown on the same 20th. He says nothing will move on that day. The police in South Africa say they won’t allow even a cough on that day. Julius Malema through his party EFF is demanding electricity and the resignation of President Cyril Ramaphosa.

In Tunisia too, the same date has been announced for a national shutdown. Mass anti Saed protests planned in Tunisia on that day. Is it a coincidence?

There are also staged rallies against police brutality planned in Lagos, Nigeria for March 20th
