The first step download Cain and Abel from here Cain and Abel tool and run the application. Once the installation is done, open Cain and Abel and the following screen shows up

Select the Decoders tab and choose Wireless passwords. Make sure the Decoders tab is selected and then navigate to Wireless passwords on the menu as shown on the above picture. Next step click on the button with a + sign as shown below;

The passwords will be displayed. Suppose you have connected to a wireless network before which is secured, similar results to shown below will be displayed.

Here you will be able to get passwords together with encryption type and SSID and you can now connect to the Wireless network you would like to connect to.
