TikTok star Moya David talked about his story on joining TikTok and what inspired him. He is famously known for making videos videos while dancing on the streets. He makes videos dancing to women selling their items on the streets. The recent dance video he made while dancing to a matatu conductor on valentine’s eve caught the attention of very many and went viral. Moya talks about his journey to Tuko.co.ke interview. He said sometimes he gets emotional from the reactions of various strangers on the street.
Moya did a follow up for the conductor who trembled while on set and said the lady almost fainted as he went down on his knees to present a flower. His style of doing videos is dancing randomly to strangers on the street and go down on his knees to present the flower. He said the lady trembled as she saw the flower and wondered what would happened when he goes to his pocket to give a chocolate. Moya did a follow up and presented gifts to that lady after the video went viral.
He says his number one fan is his mum and also a support system. “My mum is my number one fan. She joined TikTok to support my hustle”, Moya said. He praised his mum for the support she gives to him and also being a single parent worked hard to put food on the table. He said “”Kuna time nilikuwa namwambia nataka kushoot lakini niko chini. Alikuwa ananipea pesa kidogo ya maua. I work hard to make sure my children will not struggle like I did being raised by a single mother,”
