UDA Blogger Dennis Itumbi accused of neglecting child
Baby mama to blogger Dennis Itumbi has accused him of neglecting his roles for child support despite DNA results indicating he is the father. The baby mama reached out to the activist Boniface Mwangi seeking for help. She undergoes intimidation and harassment from the blogger every time she tries to ask for child support from him. From the post by Boniface Mwangi, the court ordered Dennis Itumbi to be giving Ksh 20000 monthly for the child support but he hasn’t complied to it.
The anonymous lady says the case is dismissed every time she tries to seek for justice claiming that Itumbi is bribing those involved in the case. She says at one time strange riders have been following her after moving to a new place and tried reporting the case at Kasarani police station. Apparently, no one wants to write for her an OB when they hear it’s Itumbi’s case. She fears for her life as she says they are not safe. From the post, the lady says she is an orphan and don’t know what will happen after all that.
The case caught attention in 2019 when the lady registered legal action against the blogger when the baby was two months old. According to the woman Enricah Dulo was her lawyer and she noted that Itumbi deserted the child from birth and he wanted the pregnancy be terminated. The lawyer became rude to her when she even asked for the court date or the ID photocopy so as to process the baby’s birth certificate.

Activist Boniface Mwangi has posted the lady’s conversation screenshot as above and advise Dennis Itumbi with a Bible verse. He quoted “But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”- 1 Tim 5:8. According to the court papers, Itumbi ended the relationship with the lady when he realized she was pregnant and goes ahead to block her. He convinced her to terminate the pregnancy citing that he has leukemia which would affect the child. The court stated that “He ended the relationship in August 2018 when the lady informed him that she was pregnant with his child. She successfully delivered a baby girl on June 14, 2019.”
